Define all of your upcoming activities in the calendar, you can then filter the calendar by type of event, by technician, by site, etc.

Add a personal calendar (eg: Outlook, Google...) in ical format from the Configuration -> Users menu

To edit the calendar, click on the day you want to modify or on which you want to add an activity.
Add en event by clicking on the button New event
To customize the calendar, use the 'filter' icon at the bottom of the screen, you can choose the site, the user, the type of event...
