The SIMPLE GMAO application stores and performs calculations on the personal data that you have provided to us. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure. We recommend that you do not 'jailbreak' or 'root' your smartphone or device. 'Jailbreak' and 'root' are operations that remove the restrictions and limitations imposed by the official application system of your device. These operations could make your device (PC, smartphone, tablet...) vulnerable to viruses and other malicious programs, compromise security features and prevent SIMPLE GMAO from working properly.

You should know Simple Soft will not be responsible for certain things. The application needs an internet connection to work. The connection can be via wifi or from the mobile network provided by your telephone operator.
If you are using the app from mobile data. Your subscription contract provided by your mobile operator applies, then you may incur data connection and download fees. By using the app you accept responsibility for these possible fees including roaming fees if you use the app outside your region/country without turning off data abroad. If you do not pay the bills yourself, we consider that you have received permission to use the app from your entity/person who pays the bills.
Simple Soft cannot be held responsible for your use of the application. You must ensure that your device is always charged. If your device has no battery and you cannot start the application, Simple Soft cannot be held responsible.
Simple Soft will do its utmost to keep the application up to date and compatible with the latest versions of the Android and IOS operating systems. Simple Soft will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses that you may experience related to an update of your operating system. Furthermore, we remind you that your data is saved on a server (managed by Simple Soft or by yourself depending on the subscription you have chosen). The loss or destruction of your device will therefore have no impact on the conservation of data.
Simple Soft frequently updates the application. The application is currently available on Android and IOS, the requirements for these operating systems may change. You will then need to download and install the updates if you wish to continue using the application. Simple Soft cannot guarantee that the updates made will always be compatible with the operating system (Android / IOS) that you use on your device. We may decide to stop providing the application and the licenses that we provide to you at any time. However, under these conditions, at your request, Simple Soft will provide you with your data in the form of a mysql database.
