Configure your cmms before you begin


Before starting the Simple GMAO exploiter and in order to benefit from the maximum functionality, we will provide you with strong advice to configure and personalize your instance of SIMPLE CMMS. Cela vous will turn on between 5 and 10 minutes.

Account menu

This page allows you to visualize the details of your SIMPLE CMMS subscription.


Modules menu

Enable the modules you use and disable those you don't use to simplify the display and handling of the application.


My company menu

This page is divided into 2 parts

  • 1) General information : Your company information that will appear in PDF reports, among other things.
  • 2) Setting : Define the type of use you will make of the application, in particular whether your activity is single-site or multi-site.


Notifications menu

This page allows you to create notifications, for example to receive an email each time an intervention is validated by a technician.
To create a notification click the new notification button.

You will then need to fill in the fields provided:

Interventions models menu

Create here all the intervention sheet models that you will use most for your preventive maintenance, checklists, etc.


Customers (list) menu

Create your client list and associate interventions and projects with your clients


Products (list) menu

Create a list of your products, upload documents related to these products and then use them to create inventory and equipment.


Installations type (list) menu

Define here the different types of installations on which you carry out maintenance (e.g. compressors, warehouses, hospitals, etc.)


Maintenance type (list) menu

Define here the different types of maintenance, usually we use corrective, preventive, improvement, works


Event type (list) menu

Define the different types of events here to be able to filter calendar events by type (meeting, site visit, corrective action, etc.)


Document type (list) menu

Define the different types of documents here, you will find these document categories in the site information sheet when you upload new documents (e.g.: diagrams, photos, user manual, etc.)

Simple GMAO is very intuitive, however extensive documentation is available. You can also contact us for any questions.

  • Sites : Sort your information by site, so you can quickly find the information you need (technical documentation, anomalies, interventions, equipment, etc.)
  • Interventions : Create live intervention reports with your smartphone, take photos and convert this report into pdf in an instant. start from a template to create a checklist for your preventive maintenance.
  • Equipements : List the equipment that makes up your installation, you will then keep a precise history of the operations carried out on each piece of equipment.
  • Planning : Organize your teams' work with a 365-day view of activities.
  • Anomaly management : Create a list of anomalies and organize them in order of priority in order to plan your future troubleshooting.
  • Warehouses and stock : Define warehouses and the products stored in each warehouse. specify the desired stocks and be notified if a product reaches a low stock level.
